From the Publisher
THE ODD LOT evolved from the authors attempting to glean information about raising some unusual pets. In their research they discovered the information was limited and relatively word of mouth. They decided an informative, reflective book was called for and set about writing THE ODD LOT: Raising Unusual Animals.
They sent a survey to more than 600 owners. From this information they learned health care, feed, pasture management, compatibility as well as some very humorous anecdotes which owners shared.
The book has been 8 years in the making and we are delighted to present it to the public.
