About the Author
Sanford Guerin received his B.S. from Boston University, J.D.from the University of San Francisco (1974) and LL.M., Taxation, from New York University (1975). Prior to joining the faculty at Arizona State University College of Law, Professor Guerin was a faculty member at the University of Denver. He is the author of several standard casebooks and treatises in taxation, and lectures nationally and internationally on tax issues. Professor Guerin has provided expert written and oral testimony before Congressional committees, including Ways and Means and hearings of the United States Treasury Department. He serves as faculty advisor to the Arizona State Law Journal. --This text refers to the Paperback edition.
