Law in Perspective is intended to encourage critical, responsible, and creative thinking about law as a system of ideas and a social institution. About the Author
Dr. Michael Head is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Law at the University of Western Sydney. Dr. Scott Mann has taught philosophy, psychology, and critical social theory in the Universities of Sussex, Sydney, New South Wales and Western Sydney.
