About the Author
Harold I. Boucher, a graduate of Boalt Hall School of Law, Berkeley, California, is a retired probate partner of a major San Francisco law firm and a past president of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He is also the editor of the first edition of How to Live and Die with California Probate. As chairman of the California Legal Forms Committee, he helped develop the standard forms for use in California probate proceedings. He lives in San Francisco.
