About the Author
Dr. Maria E. Malott received her Ph.D. in applied behavior analysis from Western Michigan University in 1987. She was Vice President of Manufacturing for a plastic production company in the Midwest and worked in process improvement and organizational management for nearly two decades in a variety of industries, including service, manufacturing, retail, education and government. She has done organizational management work in public administration, the private sector and for educational systems. She has served as Executive Director of the Association for Behavior Analysis for the past ten years. She is an adjunct faculty member at five universities and has collaborated with 33 universities around the world. She has presented over 150 papers and numerous workshops in16 countries throughout North America, Latin America, Asia and Europe.
