About the Author Bruce F. Bowman graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1970, and spring semester 1969 attended Vanderbilt in France, Aix-en-Provence, France, where classes were taught in French, and tests were written and spoken in French.
During the summer of 1965, Bruce F. Bowman was an exchange student in Poona, India near Bombay.
During and after graduating from John Marshall Law School, in 1973, Bruce F. Bowman worked in the Kane County, Geneva, Illinois State's Attorney Office.
