About the Author
Professor Catherine L. Carpenter is an alumnus of UCLA. and Southwestern University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and was an editor of the law review. Professor Carpenter is currently the Associate Dean of Southwestern, where she received the Rosenberg Distinguished Professor of Law Award. The Rosenberg Award is one of the highest honors bestowed upon faculty at Southwestern, and honors Dean Carpenter's outstanding teaching skills and professional accomplishments.
