The field of national security law is active and increasingly important as we progress into the 21st century. About the Author
Professor Sievert graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 1977 and, after serving as a Texas State prosecutor, was hired by the U.S. Department of Justice in 1983. He has served as federal prosecutor both in Texas and with the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. and as an instructor in the National Advocacy Institute, FBI academy and the University of Texas Law School. Professor Sievert currently works for the U.S. Attorney's office in Texas.
