About the Author
Professor Michael I. Spak received his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law, where he was an associate editor of law review, and an L.L.M. from Northwestern University School of Law, where he was a Ford Foundation Fellow. Professor Spak has published numerous books and articles, and currently teaches at Chicago-Kent College of Law. Professor Spak served with the U.S. Army in the Judge Advocate General's Corp, and is currently a liaison officer for a seven state area. --This text refers to an out of print or unavailable edition of this title.
