Gerard’s research interests are focused mainly in three areas: organizational creativity; perceptions of creativity across cultures; and individual preferences for aspects of the creative process. Dr. Puccio’s research into individuals’ expressions of creativity has resulted in the creation of a self-report inventory that identifies respondents’ creative-process preferences. This psychological inventory, called FourSight, is being used in organizations across the United States to help teams better manage their creative efforts.
