About the Author
Dr. Wayne Ford has worked and managed in numerous industries, accumulating over 30 years of management and supervisory experience. He has interviewed and hired hundreds of job applicants. His extensive experience as a full-time professional career counselor and researcher has given him special insight into the job search phenomenon. He has earned four degrees, including a Ph.D. in Management. He has taught and lectured at the university level, as well as serving as President of a national training corporation.
