About the Author
Henrik Holt Larsen is Professor in Human Resource Management (HRM), coordinator of the Master's program of the same name and further responsible for HRM-courses in other programs at the CBS. He is author or co-author of approximately 25 books and more than 100 Danish and foreign articles on HRM. His primary research area is development of the human resources in an organizational context, in particular career development, training, performance appraisal interview and strategic HRM.
Wolfgang Mayrhofer is Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Management at the Institute of Management and Economic Paedagogics, Faculty of Business Administration, Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, Vienna, Austria. He previously has held research and teaching positions at the University of Paderborn, Germany, and at Dresden University of Technology, Germany, after receiving his diploma and doctoral degree in Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, Vienna, Austria.
