About the Author
Dr. James Quick is a professor of Organizational Behavior at The University of Texas at Arlington editor of the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology and associate editor of the Academy of Management Executive. He earned an A.B. with Honors from Colgate University. He earned an M.B.A. and a Ph.D. at the University of Houston.
