Book Description
Written for "Trainers of Trainers", this is a no-nonsense Tour-de-Force of the training field, containing many valuable tools and references for those new to training and facing the "What If?" questions of their first day on the job. Drawing upon years of experience as a trainer in both the private and public sectors, the author provides a plethora of "hands-on" examples and applications, both within the text and in helpful appendices (CD supplement).
The book is distinguished from others in the field by its coverage of: Adult Learning Theory, Instructional Design and Alternate Delivery Systems.
