About the Author
JOSEPH A. OLMSTEAD is Vice President, Product Development, The Vanguard Research Group, West Columbia, S.C. Previously he was with the Human Resources Research Office of the George Washington University (now The Human Resources Research Organization), where he served as a senior staff scientist and program director. Dr. Olmstead is a Fellow of The American Psychological Association and was also Chief of Training and Management Development at Eli Lilly. He is the author of more than 50 papers, monographs, and technical reports.
