About the Author
Charles H. Fleischer has an undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Rochester in New York and a law degree (with honors) from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia, and is a member of the law firm of Oppenheimer, Fleischer & Quiggle, P.C., Bethesda, Maryland.Fleischer was a principal author of the employer's petition for writ of certiorari and of the merits briefs in Meritor Savings Bank v. Vinson, the first Supreme Court case dealing with sexual harassment. He has advised numerous businesses and associations on employment law issues and he writes and speaks extensively on the topic.
Fleischer lives with his wife in Potomac, Maryland.
