About the Author
Dennis Kravetz is president of Kravetz Associates, a national consulting firm based in Mesa, Arizona that specializes in human resources consultation. Formerly, Dennis spent 13 years in various human resources executive positions with large corporations.
Dennis has a B.S. in psychology from Purdue, and his M.S. and Ph.D. work were in industrial psychology at the University of Illinois. He has authored four books and more than 30 articles on management and human resources, and has won three national awards for innovations in the human resources field. Dennis' clients have included roughly half of the largest 500 companies in America and a number of government agencies.
