About the Author
Burton Jay Nadler is the Assistant Dean of the College and Director of the Career Center at the University of Rochester. He has also worked in career services at Pacific University, Southern Methodist University, and Dartmouth College. As Manager of College Recruiting and College Relations for Merrill Lynch Consumer Markets, he recruited for one of the largest financial services firms in the world. Mr. Nadler lives in Pittsford, NY.
