Book Description
Popular Sanguines come to work hoping to have fun. Perfect Melancholies work strictly by the rules and are inflexible. Powerful Cholerics tell everyone else what to do, even if they're not in charge. And Peaceful Phlegmatics compromise in order to avoid conflict. Yet each personality has strengths to contribute to the workplace. How can they fit together in a complementary way? Personality experts Florence Littauer and daughter Marita help readers identify, value, and piece together the various personalities in the workplace-or in any group activity among people who see things differently. Through real-life situations and amusing personal anecdotes, Personality Puzzle shows employers and employees how to create targeted advertisements, recruit certain personality types, and respond to coworkers in the best possible way. It also includes a personality profile, personality test word definitions, and personality summaries. No matter where they work or what organizations they belong to, readers will benefit from knowing how to identify the personality types around them, appreciate the uniqueness of each person, and work with others in the most productive manner.
