Book Description
The book assumes that the reader does not have access to a legal library and has neither the time nor the inclination to delve deeply into the law and provides a comprehensive, practical guide to contracting for managers who have to deal with contract matters.
As well as dealing with English contract law, explanations are given of intellectual property rights; improving contract drafting; electronic contracting and negotiation of contracts.
Practical examples and suggestions for avoiding litigation and undesirable outcomes make this book an essential addition to a manager's bookshelf.
