About the Author
Sanley E. Fawcett is the Donald L. Staheli Professor of Global Supply Chain Management in the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University. Dr. Fawcett earned his Ph.D. from Arizona State University, and began his career as an educator and author in the field of supply chain management at the Eli Broad School of Management at Michigan State University. Over the past devade, he has published over 70 peer-reviewd articles in leading logistics, production, and purchasing journals. He has also taught in professional development programs in both North and South America.
