About the Author
Peter Duchessi provides consulting and management education services to a number of international companies, including GE, Siemens AG, and Arthur D. Little. His areas of expertise include business planning and transformation, service management, operations management, information technology management, and e-commerce. Additionally, he is an associate professor of management science and information systems at the School of Business, University at Albany, State University of New York. He also lectures at the Graduate School of Business Administration, Switzerland, and the University del Salvadore, Argentina. He publishes regularly in leading business journals, including California Management Review, Management Science, Journal of Management Information Systems, and European Journal of Operational Research.
